Refunds & Missing Credits

If you are missing credit from a deposit or you changed your mind and no longer want to deposit, this page is for you.  Below are your options depending on your situation. 

If you made a deposit and it was not credited to your account...

Click on the “Message Us” button in the footer of this page and open a chat session with a rep.  Give them your player ID (or email), deposit amount, apx time of deposit and the source of the funds (Cash App, Crypto, etc.).  This is the fastest way to fix our mistake and get you credited ASAP. And things like this are exactly what the messenger is for.

Send an email to admin@gofish.today. Give us your player ID (or email), deposit amount, apx time of deposit and the source of the funds (Cash App, Crypto, etc.).  We will take action on these emails ASAP.

This is not the preferred way unless you don’t mind waiting a little while for us to get to your ticket. Go to https://gofish.today/w-alpha-ticketing/ Choose customer service for the department and click on the game room you want credit in. Give us your player ID (or email), deposit amount, apx time of deposit and the source of the funds (Cash App, Crypto, etc.). 

If you made a deposit under $30 and decided not to play...

Go to https://gofish.today/w-alpha-ticketing/ Choose Cashout Inquiry.  Give us your player ID (or email if not a registered player), deposit amount, apx time of deposit and the source of the funds (Cash App, Crypto, etc.). In the notes just put a simple message that you decided you didn’t want to play and would like a refund.  These will be processed during normal cashout times (apx every 4 hours 9am to 9pm Costa Rica time).

If you made a deposit $30+ and decided not to play...

Go to https://gofish.today/signup/#withdrawForm and complete the form. This may not be the preferred way for non-registered players as a picture ID must be on file to use this form (you can upload on the form page).

Go to https://gofish.today/w-alpha-ticketing/. Choose Cashout Inquiry.  Give us your player ID (or email if not a registered player), deposit amount, apx time of deposit and the source of the funds (Cash App, Crypto, etc.). In the notes just put a simple message that you decided you didn’t want to play and would like a refund.  These will be processed during normal cashout times (apx every 4 hours 9am to 9pm Costa Rica time).
