About GoFish

GoFish Today (“GoFish”, “we”) is a sweepstakes promotions platform. Users participate in games using Fish Chips, which are promotional entries with no purchase price and no cash value. Fish Chips may be (i) gifted/credited by participating partners such as TreasureRewards.club, or (ii) obtained via a No Purchase Necessary method.

Eligibility & Access

• Open to legal U.S. residents 18+ (or age of majority). Void where prohibited or restricted.
• We block certain jurisdictions where feasible; access does not imply legality. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
• One account per person. We may require identity and age verification before crediting Fish Chips or releasing prizes.

Separation from TreasureRewards.club

Purchases of TR Fun Play Coins occur only at TreasureRewards.club and do not occur on GoFish. Buying Fun Play Coins does not increase sweepstakes odds.

Official Sweepstakes Rules (Core)

1) How to Get Fish Chips

• Promotional gift from participating partners (e.g., TreasureRewards.club).
• No Purchase Necessary: submit a request at gofish.today/nopurchase or mail a 3″×5″ card with your name, address, email, and “Free Fish Chips Request” to the mailing address posted on that page. Limit one request per person per day. Requests must be complete and legible.

2) How to Enter / Use Fish Chips

Use Fish Chips credited to your GoFish account to play eligible sweepstakes games. We will credit Fish Chips to the game room you select on /download-fish-table-game-app/. Entries may expire if not used within the period stated in your account (e.g., 60 days after last login).

3) Prizes

Game outcomes determine prize awards. Prize types and values are stated in-game. Winners may select available redemption options (e.g., digital cash equivalents) per our payout rules. All winners are subject to identity verification.

4) Odds

Odds depend on the number of entries and game outcomes.

5) Verification & Taxes

Winners may be required to provide government-issued ID and any forms needed for tax reporting. Users are responsible for applicable taxes.

6) Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud; multiple accounts; selling entries or prizes; tampering; using VPN to bypass geo-blocks; or other violations.
• Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of entries/prizes.

7) Restricted Jurisdictions

Sweepstakes play is void where prohibited/restricted. We may maintain a do-not-serve list of states/territories and block access; access cannot be relied upon as legal advice.

8) Sponsor

Replace with your entity (e.g., GoFish Today Promotions LLC, address, contact).

9) Disputes

Governed by the laws of the specified forum (fill in governing law/jurisdiction). Claims must be brought individually; no class actions; damages limited to direct, out-of-pocket losses.

Risk Disclosure

Sweepstakes games use promotional entries and involve chance. Playing does not guarantee a prize. Fish Chips have no monetary value except as entries under these Rules. Do not play if you cannot assume the risk of not winning.
